Core Policy
At Tikker AI, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any purchased Credit packs or Subscription plans.
Credits
The Credits you purchase are used to pay for the computational resources consumed during video generation. While Credits are non-refundable, we are happy to inform you that your purchased Credits do not expire. You can use them at any time by logging into your account.
Subscription Plans
If you are on a subscription plan (e.g., monthly or yearly), it will renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, but you can continue to use your remaining services until the end of the current cycle. We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Exceptions
The only exception to our policy is if you are unable to use the service you purchased due to a major technical failure on Tikker AI's end. In such cases, please contact us using the method below. We will verify the issue and, at our discretion, may provide a service credit or a refund.
